We are talking, without doubt, of the most popular and known Cactaceae. Typical of the Sonoran Desert, which occupies the Mexican state and parts of the US states of Arizona and California, the Saguaro is a columnar cactus that reaches 12 m. high, although there is evidence of species that have reached 18 m. The image is in the garden and not yet branched, though, has flourished for the first time this year.
