Aeonium balsamiferum Aeonium balsamiferum

Here is another endemic to Lanzarote, only this time is shared with Fuerteventura. The aeonium balsamiferum is very similar to aeonium lancerottense if observed from a distance, but if we look closely the difference is appreciated. This difference is due mainly to the blade, since the balsamiferum presents it with the serrated edge and is not as meaty as lancerottense also the balsamiferum off a smell of balsam, like snuff. They also differ in flower color in aeonium lancerottense are pink and the balsamiferum are
yellow.
